The Lower Shavertown Covered Bridge was built in 1877 by Anson Jenkins and August Neidig, originally at Shavertown, and moved to its present site over Trout Creek in 1954. Also known as the Campbell Bridge or Old Roscoe Bridge, it uses a Town lattice truss, although steel beams now carry the deck after repairs in 2001. The short single span is a well preserved example of a relocated New York covered bridge. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.
