Kilgore Mill Covered Bridge crosses the Apalachee River on the line between Barrow and Walton counties in Georgia. Built in 1894, the 117 foot span uses a Town lattice truss. The bridge takes its name from a mill that once stood nearby along the river. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The structure is preserved as a reminder of the region's rural history.
