National Register Town Lattice

The Eagleville Covered Bridge spans the Batten Kill at the hamlet of Eagleville in the town of Salem. Built in 1858, the single span uses a Town lattice truss. The bridge remains open to traffic and is a popular spot for anglers and paddlers on the Batten Kill. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.
