Sullivan County. Built 1860, 48 ft over Willowemoc Creek. Town lattice span also known as the Willowemoc Covered Bridge.
Town Lattice
The Bendo Covered Bridge, also called the Willowemoc Covered Bridge, spans Willowemoc Creek in the town of Rockland. It dates to about 1860 and was created when a longer bridge was cut in two, forming this shorter single span. The bridge uses a Town lattice truss. It is not listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
