The Ashokan Covered Bridge, also known as the Ashokan-Turnwood Bridge, spans Esopus Creek at the Ashokan Center near Olivebridge. Built in 1889 by Nelson Tompkins, the single span uses a Town lattice truss and was moved to its present site in the 1930s. It serves as a pedestrian crossing at an outdoor education center. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2000.
