Jackson County. Built 1887, 97 ft, relocated to a pond at the Cedar Lakes Conference Center. Long truss originally over Big Mill Creek.

Long Truss National Register

The Staats Mill Covered Bridge was built in 1887 by H. T. Hartley and originally spanned Big Mill Creek at Staats Mill in Jackson County, West Virginia. It uses a Long truss and is about 97 feet long. In 1983 the bridge was moved to a pond at the Cedar Lakes Conference Center near Ripley, where it now serves pedestrians. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1979.
