Unique Story: Spaulding loved covered bridges so much he built his own over a pond (not even a river!). Location: Cabot Plains Road near one-room Walbridge Schoolhouse. Parking: Small area by schoolhouse - walk up hill to bridge. Photo Fame: Featured in Smithsonian photo contest for Milky Way shot. Design: Replicates 1890 Martin Bridge in Marshfield. Best Photos: Sunset reflections in pond, night sky photography. Nearby Attractions: Cabot Creamery (10 min) for cheese tours. Fun Fact: Named for builder's great-grandfather who owned Maple Glen Farm. Access: Private property but open to respectful visitors. Instagram Tip: Most photographed "new" covered bridge in Vermont!
