The Whittier Bridge carried an old alignment of NH Route 25 over the Bearcamp River in West Ossipee. Built in 1870, it is a rare single-span Paddleford truss about 137 feet 7 inches long, with a clear span of roughly 114 feet. It is named for the poet John Greenleaf Whittier, who summered in the area.

Deteriorating and closed to traffic since 2008, the bridge was moved off the river onto dry land nearby to await and undergo restoration. It has been documented by the Historic American Engineering Record.
