The Waterloo Covered Bridge carries Newmarket Road over the Warner River near Waterloo Falls in Warner. A Town lattice truss, it is generally dated to about 1840, with a later reconstruction, replacing earlier spans at the same crossing. It is a single span with an overall length of about 84 feet.
One of New Hampshire's surviving 19th-century covered bridges, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 and included in the Waterloo Historic District in 2003. It remains open to traffic.
