Askew Covered Bridge
Lee County, Auburn. Built 1968, 24 ft. long. Located at a private residence.
This 24-foot bridge was built in 1968 by William K. Askew. It spans a private stream and features a Stringer truss design. The bridge is located at a private residence and is reportedly hidden by foliage in the front yard along a long walkway. Being over 50 years old, it may meet criteria for historic consideration.
